About The Position

This role involves performing major mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment and facilities. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team, following departmental procedures and utilizing maintenance software. Key aspects include employing troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis for corrective actions, planning and scheduling work, and rebuilding/refurbishing equipment parts and sub-assemblies.

Requirements

• Experience in the trade of mechanical repair with an electrical background or experience in the trade of an electrician with a strong mechanical background with knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics
• Industrial manufacturing experience
• Knowledge/experience with all level shop tools and automated equipment
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship where you earned a journeyman’s card
• 8 years of experience in one dedicated craft or multi-craft position
