Requirements
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled machinery.
- Technical degrees, trade school training, or maintenance certifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
- Performing preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnosing root causes of machine failures.
- Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.
