About The Position

Performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation of production plant (including mechanical and electrical systems).

Requirements

  • Willingness to work any shift, including a 12-hour rotating schedule
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Ability to perform basic fabrication and welding to repair or modify equipment and components
  • Ability to conduct electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, and basic control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Ability to support production uptime by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns
  • Ability to assist with equipment upgrades, improvements, and minor projects
  • Ability to provide guidance, training, and support to new employees
  • Adherence to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper use of PPE
  • Ability to accurately document maintenance activities and completed work
