About The Position
Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician must provide support to production while following all safety procedures and policies.

- Valid Driver’s License - looking for a clean MVR
Nice To Haves
- 5 years industrial maintenance to include pneumatics and hydraulics preferred
- Electrical license or 5 years industrial electrical experience preferred
- Technical School Training preferred considered in lieu of experience
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, machine drawings, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics schematics
- Trouble shoots programmable controllers
- Trouble shoots equipment with CNC pneumatics and hydraulic controls
- Installs wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic controls
- Adjusts and calibrates machines
- Removes, replaces and or repairs machinery
- Takes work orders out of maintenance system and completes in a timely manner
- Completes parts requisitions in maintenance system with correct part numbers and vendors
- Insures all safety and lock out / tag out procedures are followed
- Initiates and participates in process improvements and is part of the implementation group
- Initiates self-directed activities
- Responsible for parts inventory
- Provides schedules for preventative maintenance on equipment and adheres to the published standards
