About The Position

Join Lucky Strike Entertainment as a Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our waterpark. This role is ideal for individuals skilled in maintenance, who enjoy problem-solving, and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the upkeep of all attractions and equipment, performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to guarantee peak performance and guest safety.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years and valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum two years of experience in mechanical/industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend maintenance manuals, safety regulations, and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with door repairs, tile installation, drywall installation, and painting is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform line inspections to ensure all equipment and attractions are in safe working condition.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on various equipment, including attractions.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely, efficient, and safe repairs.
• Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Work safely in accordance with OSHA Standards and company policies.
• Document all inspections, corrective actions, and repairs in designated logbooks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working at heights, in confined spaces, and around mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance service calls and attraction shutdowns promptly.
• Assist in the erection, repair, and troubleshooting of various attractions.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently without direct supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments to support park operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain park facilities.
