About The Position

At H.G. Fenton Company, the Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the property management team and contributes to the quality of the property and resident satisfaction. In this role, you will use your eye of excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as, make readies, residential service requests, general maintenance work orders, and asset preservation, all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol. When you join this close-knit team, you will work with your team members (maintenance and office team) to achieve community goals.

Requirements

• Residential maintenance experience preferred, 2+ years ideal
• Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
• Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience
• Independently able to plan, organize, and follow through on work
• Have an "eye for excellence" / detail-oriented
• Valid California driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function
