About The Position
Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of skilled nursing facility. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by Capitol Hill Healthcare.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience.
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Valid Alabama Driver’s License with good driving record.
- This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
Nice To Haves
- Specialized training, certification, licensure or schooling preferred.
