About The Position

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for keeping all guest suites and equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. The technician will also assist the Chief Engineer and other team members with guest suites, building, and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting all safety standards. Additionally, the role involves providing professional and courteous service to guests, being accommodating to requests, and acting as a team player by assisting in other departments when needed. The technician must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

Requirements

Electrical experience
Plumbing experience
Painting experience
Drywall repair experience
Carpentry experience
Basic HVAC knowledge

Responsibilities

Keep all guest suites and equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
Assist others on the team, including the Chief Engineer, on guest suites, building, and grounds maintenance.
Provide a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to various requests.
Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
