We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our incredibly beautiful community running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle the upkeep of community maintenance tasks, buildings, systems, and common areas, to maintain and support the beauty, safety, and quality of this exceptional HOA environment.

Requirements

Consistently meet AAM’s standards of service and interact with residents and staff in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
Possess skill and ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional organization and tracking skills.
Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Complete tasks from start to finish in a quality manner, on time, within budget and while meeting applicable codes.
Ability to gather information, seek input and make sound decisions.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
High attention to details.

Responsibilities

Partners with the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager to provide consistent maintenance tasks throughout the community and work proactively on annual projects for the continuous care of buildings, building systems, common areas and other physical assets on the property.
Perform duties related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, dry wall, pressure washing, welding and any other maintenance needs related to the designated property.
Complete grounds work, which may include trash clean up, sweeping, landscaping, pressure washing, etc.
Regular maintenance, if applicable, of water features, landscape and irrigation systems, etc.
Troubleshoot maintenance problems to identify issues and necessary repairs.
Complete assigned maintenance service requests.
Point of contact for after hours’ calls and emergencies.
Properly operate, maintain and store all maintenance equipment.
Vendor project oversight and progress reporting.
Perform other related duties as directed.
Ability to be professional with a positive mind set working with internal team and community residents.
