Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in basic maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs.
- Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
- Performs minor building and equipment repairs and maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance.
- Assists during winter with snow removal efforts.
- May assist in general housekeeping, as needed.
- Measures Areas to be painted; determines Quantity and type of paint to use.
- Prepares surfaces to be painted, including but not limited to removing covers, furniture, etc.
- May Apply Wallpaper.
