Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain professional under pressure
• Weekend and shared on-call availability required

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs
• Perform apartment turns and make-readies
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Organize and maintain the shop area
• Respond to emergency on-call service requests
