About The Position

This is a per diem Maintenance Technician role. You will perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, implementing safety protocols, painting, and more. You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates, clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies, and continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained. You will also help team members set up activities and events at the community.

Requirements

Prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
Positive attitude and love working with people!
Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks.
The go-to person whenever someone needs something fixed!

Responsibilities
