As a Maintenance Technician at COHO, you’ll be the first responder for urgent maintenance issues, ensuring housing co-operatives remain secure and livable. If you enjoy problem solving, working independently and delivering high quality service, we’d love to hear from you! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the first responder for urgent maintenance issues and a key player in keeping our client co-ops safe and functional. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls and assessing the situation Performing hands-on repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building systems Coordinating with trades and vendors when specialized work is required Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members Maintaining accurate records and using mobile tools for reporting Ensuring compliance with COHO’s key management and security protocols Traveling to client sites across the Lower Mainland to deliver timely service Upholding safety standards and minimizing disruption to residents
