Maintenance Technician
About The Position

With services from light facility maintenance, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire an Maintenance Technician. No certifications are required. You may be responsible for replacement of lights, light plumbing, painting, assist with air conditioning, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Reliable Transportation
