The company values integrity and intention in all its operations. This position is for a Maintenance Technician at the South Mountain Creamery location in Chambersburg, PA. The Maintenance Team is crucial to the company's operations, supporting everything from the farm to production to retail stores. This role is vital to day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- General building maintenance experience (i.e., electrical, plumbing, boiler, refrigeration, machinery, and carpentry)
- Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues that may arise
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- The motivation to work in a team environment
- A detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Machine maintenance at the facility
- Repairing and replacing air hoses/compressors
- General preventative maintenance such as changing O-rings, gaskets, and oil filters
- Verify machinery is in proper working condition
