About The Position

This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping production running smoothly by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery. Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Ability to inspect, test, and measure mechanical components
Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Ability to work mandatory Friday overtime when scheduled
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a production environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role
Experience with preventive maintenance, machinery repair, equipment setup, and production changeovers
Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance experience

Responsibilities

Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and mechanical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to help minimize equipment downtime
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs
Set up machinery and complete equipment changeovers based on production requirements
Inspect, test, and measure machine parts to identify wear, damage, and mechanical issues
Repair or replace defective components to restore equipment to proper operating condition
Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment and maintenance needs
Follow established workplace safety, maintenance, and operational procedures
