Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as required
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and processes
