Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers. This position does require on-call rotation. Must have reliable transportation. Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Technical and HVAC understanding
• Electronic troubleshooting
• Equipment maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
