About The Position
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a multifamily community in Roswell, GA. This role is responsible for completing service requests, assisting with apartment turns, and helping maintain the overall condition of the community.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- EPA certification required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Assist with apartment turns and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Support maintenance supervisor with daily operations
