Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
HVAC experience required
HVAC Certification required
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance repairs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Ability to work occasional holidays

Nice To Haves

CPO Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Complete general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
Handle larger maintenance projects as assigned
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
