About The Position

Park 19 is a 103-unit boutique apartment community that blends urban living with outdoor serenity. Residents enjoy a courtyard with a grilling station and fireplace, plus shops and everyday conveniences within walking distance. Join our team and help create a welcoming home for our residents. This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
Prepare apartments for new move in’s by completing “make-ready” process
Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
Assist with vendor management and other duties
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
