About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling. This role also involves building-related installation and maintenance, such as furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair. The technician will maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property by painting and refurbishing areas. A key responsibility is to monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications. The technician will use a variety of hand and power tools, including a forklift and other heavy equipment, to complete tasks. Daily communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts, and incident reports is expected. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
0 to 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
