About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing operation safe, reliable, and productive. You will troubleshoot equipment problems, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support improvements that reduce downtime and strengthen equipment performance. You will work with a variety of industrial equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated, and PLC-controlled machinery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex issues, developing practical solutions, and taking ownership of equipment reliability. Throughout the day, you will respond to equipment interruptions, determine the cause of mechanical or electrical issues, and complete repairs that allow production to resume safely and efficiently. You will also work closely with Production, perform planned maintenance, document completed work, and support projects designed to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
  • 2-year degree from a technical or trade school
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
