About The Position

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in farmers, family, and sustainability, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its third shift (11:30p-7:30a) operations in Middlebury, VT. The company, a certified B Corp since 2012, is committed to transforming the global economy for the benefit of people, communities, and the planet. This role is crucial for ensuring minimal disruptions to production by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment. The position offers multiple levels of maintenance, opportunities for learning and growth, and a competitive starting wage with regular increases. A 10% night differential is provided for hours worked between 11p and 7a.

Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting ability
• Ability to make repairs safely, timely, and accurately
• Well versed in pneumatics, hydraulics, servicing motors, gear boxes and other general equipment maintenance
• Strong safety record and awareness
• Ambition to learn
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team member
