Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience.
- Forklift experience, both to drive and to do basic repairs.
- Basic hand tools used to perform duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good attendance.
- Ability to take instruction and work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background and a drug screen as well as a written basic skills maintenance test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous PLC Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Performs mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
- Maintains facilities.
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Complies with OSHA Safety and health rules.
