We are on a mission to bake the highest quality garlic bread in the industry, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Technicians who can help us achieve that! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly. You’ll work with a team of skilled professionals in an environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are the top priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
  • Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
  • Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC – controlled equipment.
  • Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
  • Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
  • Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
