About The Position
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for our 168,255 sq. ft. office building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties. In addition, provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-rise office building maintenance.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC.
- Experience with a cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Nice To Haves
- SMT/SMA designation preferable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests.
- Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors.
- Rotation of on-call duty after hours every 2-4 weeks.
