About The Position

Responsible for maintenance and repair of CNC production equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A minimum of five (5) years preferred machining maintenance experience on one or more manufacturing machines including Mazak preferred.
• CNC Turning Centers (up to 5 axis), Multi-Task Machining Centers (up to 6 axis), CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills (up to 5 axis) experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventative maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to manufactures specifications on Mazak, HAAS, Bridgeport and Cincinnati CNC machines.
• Repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronic controls, electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting of Mazak, HAAS, Bridgeport and Cincinnati CNC machines.
• Trouble test and assess the operation of machinery to detect the cause of malfunction.
• Reads and follows blueprints, sketches, diagrams, lubrication charts, manufacturer operation manuals and engineering specifications.
• Possess ability to use tools and alignment equipment.
• Assembles, disassembles and/or replaces CNC machine parts as required.
• Follows manufacturers and company safety policies.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.
