About The Position

At TOWER23 Hotel, we are seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to support the safety, comfort, and functionality of our hotel and restaurant operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

Able to lift and carry up to to 50 lbs, push/pull carts, stand/walk throughout shift
Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior hotel maintenance tech experience preferred
Pool/spa maintenance experience a plus
Additional language skills are a plus to communicate with international guests

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment for guests and team members
Perform routine preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with professionalism and follow-through
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building issues
Check pool and spa for chemical balance and functionality
Maintain logs, complete checklists, and report unusual findings to leadership
Ensure minimal equipment downtime by keeping key parts stocked and ready
Assist during emergencies including power outages, floods, or weather-related events
Keep work areas clean and organized, and ensure safety protocols are followed
Uphold company standards for appearance, performance, and guest service
Other duties as assigned by management
