About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism, an upbeat, positive, "can do" and team player attitude, and an eye for detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests, apartment grounds, apartment punch, make readies, general plumbing, general electrical, general construction repairs, drywall repair, grounds, and debris removal. Ability to handle large projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility is required. May have to work some holidays. Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and car insurance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' apartment maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Car insurance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
