About The Position

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to maintain cleanliness of the building and complete repairs in accordance with established standards and procedures. Perform plumbing, ground maintenance, electrical, mechanical and HVAC repairs in accordance with St. Anne Home’s ethical requirements as described in our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the building
• Complete repairs in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Perform plumbing, ground maintenance, electrical, mechanical and HVAC repairs
