Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Preferred.
- CPI, CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry.
- Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations, read an interpret safety rules, manuals, maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions.
- Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings, structures, cabinetry and other plan operation systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist in providing a safe, beautiful and peaceful environment according to company policy, State and Joint Commission regulations, local building codes and OSHA.
- Tasks may include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair or installation, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, gardening and other duties related to onsite light duty construction and maintenance.
- May be required to perform housekeeping, grounds and security duties as needed.
