We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance of the building, equipment, and its rental properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and repair work.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years job related experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems is required.
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect all building equipment and systems regularly for proper functioning and safety.
Maintain and repair electrical equipment and building electrical systems using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
Maintain and repair building HVAC systems using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
Perform maintenance and repair procedures in accordance with facility policy.
Monitor automated building management system and modify as needed.
Check emergency power equipment systems according to federal/state/local requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled checks as assigned.
Enter information and maintain all required logs in a neat, organized and timely manner.
Assist contractors with repairs and inspections.
Must be able to work flexible hours when needed.
