About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment, performing minor building repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting), and executing preventive maintenance procedures. This role also assists the maintenance lead/manager in outage planning and performs other accountabilities as required. The position is full-time with a swing shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM). A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required with vocational training highly preferred.
  • One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
  • Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
  • Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed.
