About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician at Neulife Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities on weekends. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and functional environment for our residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain and repair fixtures, furniture, and other physical structures.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
