Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • HVAC Experience Required
  • Proven experience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing industry
  • Ability to perform after-hours on-call duties
  • Basic tools and reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with residents, employees, and vendors
  • Physical ability to perform tasks like walking the property, climbing stairs and ladders, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Apartment Maintenance: Perform general apartment repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
  • Service Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies.
  • Property Upkeep: Maintain the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations.
