About The Position
PDM US is seeking skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role performs a variety of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have broad industrial maintenance experience and a demonstrated strength in at least one of the following specialized trades: HVAC, Pipefitting, Welding/Fabrication, or Industrial Electrical.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
- Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: HVAC, Pipefitting, Welding/Fabrication, Industrial Electrical.
- Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial automation strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
- Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
- Support emergency repairs as needed to maintain production operations.
