This role is for a Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronically controlled equipment in a metal fabrication environment. The technician will work with machinery such as lasers, brake presses, and robots, and will interface with remote service support for problem-solving. A key aspect of the role is the ability to perform repairs on industrial manufacturing equipment and building systems safely and efficiently, implementing corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns. The position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision, possessing safe working habits and sound decision-making skills. Experience with 3-phase electrical systems up to 480VAC is required, along with a strong emphasis on safety, including the use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols like L.O.T.O. and Confined Space entry.
