About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks. Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents. Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results. Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
HVAC experience required
Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
