About The Position
This position will be directly responsible for performing activities that promote Reliable Capacity of all Evapco Assets. This will include (but not limited to) activities such as: performing repairs, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, and capital project installations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings and BOM’s required
- Use and understanding of various measuring devices, common to support the equipment used in our production processes.
- Has demonstrated the ability to recognize problems
- Can deal with conflict in a positive manner
- Word, Excel knowledge and ability to learn all EVAPCO software-based programs

- We are seeking an individual with a desire to learn, grow, and provide fanatical customer service to our Production Team.
- 0 - 1 year of work experience in the maintenance environment or equivalent work experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Execute and comply with all Safety Standards required by Evapco.
- Complete job tasks to provide the highest level of opportunity for our Assets to achieve maximum efficiency for our customers.
- Efficiently and effectively communicate with customers, teammates, and supervision of job assignments, continuous improvement ideas, and critical asset opportunities.
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing work orders following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Document work order completion with all required information for sustainability of Asset Reliability.
- Job tasks can include maintaining, inspecting, repairing all Assets.
