About The Position

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to be part of building something — not just maintaining it. Fountains at Forestwood is a 39-acre community in the heart of Fort Myers and ownership is making a major investment in this property — millions of dollars going into a complete transformation. Ownership is investing millions to transform the entire property: Full property rebrand from Fountains at Forestwood to 39 Acres, Renovated clubhouse and amenity spaces, Exterior building work across all buildings, Waterfront pond and fountain improvements, Grounds, parking, and common-area upgrades, Top-to-bottom refresh of unit interiors. If you've spent years being the only person on a team holding a property together, this is your chance to step into a community where ownership is putting capital where it matters and where your work will be visible every day.
