Requirements

• Prior experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical work required
• Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• Expect to be on your feet for most of the day
• Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities—bring a can-do attitude!
• Keep up with a popular environment while maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on facility equipment while monitoring and restocking facility supplies and materials.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and workspaces and respond to facility-related requests from fellow playmakers.
• Conduct safety checks, report hazards or issues, and support facility security measures and access control.
