The primary purpose of a maintenance technician is to ensure that the facility and its equipment remain safe, functional, and efficient by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing issues (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), and responding to unexpected breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. . The Maintenance Technician will shift facilities from reactive fixes to proactive upkeep, keeping critical systems running smoothly in a safe and effective manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasing environment for the residents.
