About The Position

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. The role is responsible for keeping all guest suites and equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. This position requires knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and basic HVAC. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Chief Engineer and other team members with guest suites, building, and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting all safety standards. The role also involves providing professional and courteous service to guests, being accommodating to requests, and assisting other departments when needed. A thorough understanding of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Keep all guest suites and equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
