We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production facility by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and building systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical and/or electrical experience who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

Requirements

Experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Willingness to work overtime and support emergency repairs when needed
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and DOT physical

Nice To Haves

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments
Trade school or coursework in electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics
Knowledge of PLC systems

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment (presses, bindery, mailing, packaging systems)
Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
Maintain facility systems (plumbing, compressors, chillers, etc.)
Assist with machine setup and installation
Help develop and manage spare parts inventory
Support building maintenance (painting, snow removal, general upkeep)
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures (lockout/tagout, etc.)
Work with team members and outside contractors as needed
