Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in apartment or facility maintenance
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality work
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- CPO Certification
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
