Maintenance Technician

Rise Real EstateShreveport, LA
$21 - $24Onsite

About The Position

At a student housing community, maintenance has a direct impact on the resident experience. When an air conditioner stops working, an appliance fails, or an apartment is not ready for move-in, residents do not care which department owns the problem. They care that someone responds, communicates, and gets it fixed. Pilots Pointe is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician who takes ownership of their work and understands that a completed work order is not enough—the repair needs to be done correctly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and seeing the results of a productive day. You will handle apartment repairs, preventative maintenance, property inspections, and unit turns while helping the maintenance team keep the community safe, functional, and ready for residents.
