About The Position

Pedcor Homes is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a team-first mentality to work every day. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle everything from service requests to larger property improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and larger projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
• On-call availability is required

Nice To Haves

• Weekend availability is preferred
• Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Completing resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Performing apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Maintaining community grounds and common areas
• Removing debris and helping keep the property clean and presentable
• Performing drywall repair and general construction repairs
• Handling general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assisting with larger maintenance and property improvement projects
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and team members
• Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
