About The Position

Northlake Village is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings professionalism, energy, and a driven, take-initiative mindset that sets you apart. No two days are the same and that’s exactly how you like it. You’ll be responsible for completing service requests with efficiency and care, preparing apartments (make-readies, punch work, and detail finishing), maintaining attractive and safe apartment grounds, performing general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction, handling large-scale projects when needed, and keeping our community clean with debris removal and upkeep. Requirements

• A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)
• At least 1 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional holidays
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
