Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience
- Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs
- Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting)
- Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round
- Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled
- Support vendors and service teams during on-site work
- Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance
